What you can filter on
Your feed is a saved rule. Instead of a firehose of every permit, you receive only the records that match the criteria you set, on any combination of:
- Jurisdictions and metros — the cities and states you work in, from our 65-metro coverage.
- Permit type — residential, commercial or other.
- Owner-builder — permits with no contractor on file, where a homeowner is acting as their own builder.
- ADU — accessory dwelling units, including the ADU type where the record supports it.
- Valuation range — a minimum and maximum project value.
- ZIP codes — narrow to the specific areas you cover.
- SB-9 / SB-10 relevance — California only, and informational: these flags help surface lot-split and transit-corridor opportunities, they are not a legal determination of eligibility.
